We decided to do hypnobirthing for our first child born in May. After doing a significant amount of research we found Tara. From the start, she was awesome--returning every email and making sure everything we were prepared for the class. Regarding the actual class, it was very informative and helpful. We had made the decision to give birth in a hospital and she presented information to make sure that we knew "behind the scenes" information. The class usually concluded with a meditation practice. She even made herself available when the class was over. I had a very difficult bout of false labor and asked her a few questions and she was helpful. I really enjoyed the whole process and it helped me when the time came to welcome our little one.
