I've been training with Matt for almost a year now and I've seen continual improvements. I've lost over 4" off my waist line and see great improvements in my strength.
His nutritional advice has helped keep me on point and has (mostly) curbed my soda habits.
Matt and his wife Becky are the sweetest people I've ever worked with. They genuinely care for each of their clients, often giving them little gifts or helping them out when sick or injured.
I recently partially dislocated my shoulder at home tripping over the yard work. Matt came by to check on me and offered assistance should I have needed it.
