Whoa, reclining armchair style seating! Whoa! That was pretty cool! We didn't realize that this AMC has assigned seating, and were a bit concerned when we tried to buy seats for an earlier showing but realized that they were trying to assign us seats right up in front (read: neck pain!), so we opted for a later showing. Again, the theater was pretty full and we were assigned to seats by the aisle. We were also curious as to why it looked like far fewer seats. We were very pleasantly surprised when we showed up to large armchair style seats! They also recline a decent amount. Despite being seated by the aisle, the theater is small enough that it still felt like we were near the middle. Additionally, I was a bit concerned about not being able to see as I am very short and the seats didn't seem raised that much compared to the aisle in front. However, perhaps they had the screen a bit higher or something, but this wasn't an issue. Overall, I'm very happy that we lucked out with the seating. Try to buy your tickets early because of the assigned seating, and if possible, try to snag a showing in one of the theaters with recliner seats
