If I could do negative stars I would.. My husband was rushed in due to his lab results.. They gave him prescriptions that then came back as prior authorization. I called the office for 2 weeks plus being told that it had been turned in and that it was my insurance. I called the insurance company and they showed no records of it.. I finally went into the office call Dr. Rodriguez out on her lies and her MA and I am then told that they are just taking over the practice which was a lie she had been there for 6+ months and they are still playing catch up. I asked if patient care should suffer and I got no response besides again telling me they just took over the practice.. She is a horrible Doctor and I am reporting her to the medical board. What is sad is that before we had this horrible experience with Dr. Rodriguez we loved Jillian Webb and we are sorry she is at such a horrible clinic because this could ruin her reputation.
