Their bagels are pretty good, kind of dense, slight chew, New York style. They got a decent selection to choose from and includes all the main staples. I don't actually know if they bake their bagel somewhere or who they source it from but I like it. I do wish a full blown bagel business would open up in this neighbourhood though. Any entrepreneurs or franchisers reading this post? I'll be your first customer! There is seriously a lack in this area. Why are all the bagel shops up in Thornhill or St. Lawrence market? As for the filling... I had their lox cream cheese. It's very mild on the lox flavour, with tiny tiny tiny minced pieces of lox in it. You have to look really closely to see it otherwise you'd miss it. (a far cry from the lox cream cheese you can get at the other bagel shops, say Bagel House) The people who work there are friendly and the price is pretty good. I think mine was around $3
