This place is awful! We went in to sign a lease and told our deposit is $0. After a $55 application fee, we were told because of our credit (mine 720, his 730) we have to pay $250!
After a month of searching for the right place, we just wanted to move in and be done so we agreed and went forward. After the income verification, they raised the deposit amount all the way up to $800 for him and $600 for me! This is absolutely ridiculous! He makes $85,000 a year and I make $53,000 a year, there is no way that we don't make enough for the $250 deposit!
After arguing with them for three hours they said they don't need our money so we walked out! Not a place I want to live!
