Really bad interest rate even though I have good credit... so I'm moving my loan to Capital One. When you call to get help, you're stuck with the computer voice for way too long, when you finally get a real person, they sound like a high-school student who barely knows what's going on. Plus they made it hard to payoff the loan because they keep adding daily interest while the payoff check is in route, so you're supposed to overpay and then have them send you a refund. Thanks for making it complicated, Wells Fargo. Won't be doing business again.... ever. Hoping you go out of business, in fact.
