While staying at the hotel on business last week, my co-worker and I had a craving for dessert at 10pm, so why not check out the oak room?! We each had the vanilla creme brûlée, with wine/cocktails of course, and it was fabulous. We sat at the bar and our bartender was amazing...so personable and friendly (Stacy maybe?). Only reason I'm giving four stars is because the pistachio biscotti that came with the brûlée wasn't as fabulous as the brûlée itself. I will also add that I stop in the oak room for pre-dinner drinks often, and the service is impeccable. Definitely hit the oak room if ever staying at the fairmont!
