I have been going to Dr Miller for 10 years. I love her She is knowledgable and compassionate to her patients needs. in short a very good Doctor. the same sadly can not be said for her scheduling department. They are rude and very unhelpful. I received a card for my annual exam 3 days ago for September. i called and was told she was booked through the end of the year.The was no schedule out for 2015 to make an appointment. sot he schedulers told me. one also said that they were late sending out patients annual check up cards this year, and they could do nothing to help me. When i wanted to to to administration about the problem... The one woman coldly said me there was no more time and hung up on me. I do not want to but i think i will be looking for a new Dr. This is the second time in 10 years this has happened. Very sad. She needs to talk to her staff. Pronto.
