I bought tickets and reserved seats 22 hours before the movie. Don't bother doing all that. I got to my seats and they were taken. Again, I had reserved them- had confirmation emails and codes. Apparently it didn't matter. According to Mario ( a manager but I'm hoping not for much longer) it's first come first serve. We eventually moved to other seats, but the woman who had reserved them wanted us to move. I had yet another bewildering and belittling conversation with MARIO who TOLD us to move. We didn't. Another manager with some actual communication skills found seating for the other displaced party.
Usually I wouldn't care where I sat, but I needed my broken foot elevated.
I was treated condescendingly and very poorly by this untrained and confused Mario.
Will never return to this theatre. Going to I pic from now on.
