TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE- I went in for some ice cream just now, and despite the fact that the girl (with purple hair) and the guy both made eye contact with me when I walked in, neither greeted me or said anything at all. Instead they turned their backs on me and proceeded towards the back room so they could continue their conversation, as if I were inconveniencing them. There were no other customers in the store, yet I was clearly not a priority. After waiting about 2min, I said "Hello?" trying to get heir attention, but they continued to ignore me so I just left. I will never go back, and do not recommend this establishment.
