I took my 2 kitties and big dog here for a couple of years while living in the area. Overall, I always had a good experience when I was in the office. The docs and vet techs were very nice, and gentle with my animals. The receptionists would let me step into the file area if the place was full of unruly dogs in order to keep the peace. I felt appreciated and safe taking my fur babies here.
Then I moved 2000 miles and had to call several times for proof of immunizations, medications, etc. and it was like pulling teeth to get information over the phone. I had a great experience while I was a paying customer, but with the move received major attitude and unreturned website requests and phone calls because my files were not active (6 months after moving). It has unfortunately left a sour taste in my mouth. I would still recommend this business, but not without a disclaimer.
