Baloney - no call or email the night before our delivery! We had to call YOU, this morning to find what the heck was going on only to be told our washing machine will/might be delivered NEXT Friday! Really?
Aces on the customer service, Sears. Rest assured that credit card you talked me into signing up for (because it was such a good deal!) will NEVER be used and we won't be shopping with you any longer.
