We ordered a cake 3 or 4 days before pick up date (website wants 2-3 days notice). We picked it up on Saturday and sadly we were given a frozen cake. I figured that when we paid $30 for a 6" round it would at least be a fresh cake. The pups did like it but I'm not impressed. There should be something on the website letting people know that they are getting a frozen cake as I see at least 1 additional review stating they received a frozen cake as well and they weren't aware. People need to know the cake is frozen as it needs time to defrost. Thankfully we didn't have a "party" set up and could wait for it to defrost.
