Pros: Parking is validated at a nearby lot! The staff is really helpful in getting you signed in and on your way. There are staff everywhere you turn to help you get to where you are going. The quiet room really is quiet and is stocked with magazines. They have a juice bar. The water therapy areas are quite nice and totally worth coming early for. My prenatal massage was wonderful!!! There is a hot tub and saugan and plenty of drinking water in the change rooms.
Cons: The relaxation areas are all coed, so keep your knickers on while wearing those robes!! The change rooms are reminiscent of a gym because there are multiple shower areas all in a row with shower curtains. You get heated towels though :) The changing area is tight and there are a lot of people here at any given time!!
