Really nice staff and security. The landscaping is beautiful and it's always clean! The gym, pool and clubhouse are great, and there is even a mini-marketplace in the clubhouse to grab a small snack or even breakfast food if you don't have time to run to the store. Amazingly efficient and fast move-in process. Location is great- right next to campus and in the middle of a variety of food/coffee places.
