I came here a couple days ago because my IPhone 6s had been water damaged. When I brought my phone in, the only parts that were not working was my volume keys and my mute switch. I paid to have the full water damage treatment done and when I picked my phone up the next day the screen was black and no longer turns on. When I expressed my concern with the woman who is apparently the "IPhone specialist" she gave me attitude and told me that everyone should have been more clear with me about water damage. Well why wasn't everyone clear with me then?? I asked for the regional managers phone number and she said she couldn't give it to me but she will give him my information its been about 3 days a still no call. I took my iPhone to the Apple store and they told me that whoever fixed my phone (Cellairis) has tampered with my LCD. I am disappointed and kind of confused to why they would tamper with my phone. Management makes no effort in reaching out to customers and it seems like their employees are a little sketchy.
