After experiencing Crossfit back home, I couldn't wait to get started when I returned to Vegas. After researching my options it seemed like Freestyle Crossfit best suited me...Great location and not too fancy (workout facilities shouldn't be fancy). It's been a few months and I cannot be happier with my decision. Everyday I look forward to heading to Freestyle because I know that I am in for a fun but challenging workout. The atmosphere is the perfect combination of laid back and professional. Both Jake and Cody are very knowledgeable and passionate about Crossfit and their enthusiasm is contagious. I have learned so much from the two of them along with Katie, Taylor and Shawn. No matter what your fitness level may be they are willing to work with you to figure out what version of the workout will be the most beneficial while being motivating and encouraging. In addition to the great trainers, there is a variety of like-minded and positive people who also work out at Freestyle making it a very family-like atmosphere. When the time comes that I have to drop-in to another Crossfit joint, I can only hope that it's friendly and welcoming as Freestyle Crossfit (but I doubt it will be). Yay!!
