We called Aboe to have our new doors re-keyed and to make extra keys. The locksmith called a few hours before the appointment and said that he would be coming much earlier. We told him that we were very busy and that he would have to show up at the scheduled time or send someone else. Despite our request, the locksmith still showed up 30 minutes early. He was very curt and demanded payment upfront. It was apparent that customer service was of no concern...not the type of person that you would ordinarily give access to your home. Had we not been in a serious time-crunch, we would have asked him to leave. To make matters worse, he was unable to cut our keys because his equipment was broken. He left the house and we sat back in disbelief of our negative experience. How he managed to become a licensed locksmith is beyond me? We called Aboe to express our concerns, but were told that there was nothing they could do, as the locksmiths are contracted out. Taking no accountability for their contractor's poor attitude and failed service. Had I known that Aboe assumes no responsibility for the locksmiths they send to your home, we would have never used their services. The whole experience was very disappointing.
