Citrine is the best apartment complex my fiancé and I have found while living in Phoenix. After moving from our previous apartment complex that was loud and unkept, we found Citrine. Here are some highlights we have found exceptionally great while living here: Staff: Erica and her team are extremely professional and are extremely accommodating with requests. There have been times where we have been at work or out of town when important packages come and with our permission they gladly dropped the packages in our apartment for us. I can't speak highly enough of their level of professionalism. Maintenance Team: Often overlooked while living in an apartment complex, the maintenance team is always on top of things at Citrine. I submitted a few repair/replace requests and they were handled within the same day. Grounds: Very well kept from the lawns to the flower beds and pools everything looks so nice. Community/Culture: Probably the biggest difference between Citrine and other apartment complexes we have lived in. Everyone is extremely friendly and are very conscious of noise levels during quiet hours. Pet owners seem to actually pick up after their animals at Citrine too. Overall I would highly recommend looking at Citrine if you are wanting an apartment complex that is clean, accommodating and fun to live at.
