I came here a month ago for a cut because it had such high ratings, but I ended up getting the worst hair cut of my life. I won't name the hair stylist, but it was terrible and NO WHERE close to what I showed her I wanted. I had to travel back home to CA to have a trusted family friend fix the damage (because I was terrified to try another salon) and even she was shocked at how horrible and uneven it was. My self-confidence is gone until my hair grows back months from now. The salon owners need to make sure their hair stylists are capable of cutting any style and up to date on techniques + current trends because clearly my hair stylist was not.
