Horrible company. Due to a broken vent cover on the portable AC unit, pigeons are nesting in there. Tons of pigeon dropping 5ft from where I sleep. Pigeon droppings have bacteria spores that are very harmful for a human to breathe. Asked them over a month ago to simply fix the cover or put a screen there so the pigeons cant get inside, and clean out the droppings. I would do it myself but I do have a latter. I asked them 4 times to get it done and got nowhere. Finally I just filed a complaint with Marcicopa County.
If you are planning on moving into one of their properties dont. The woman named Celena Rodriguez is about as useful as the tooth fairy.
