While waiting at O'Hare for the shuttle is understandable, considering Friday night Chicago traffic, waiting in line for 30 minutes to check out is not.
If the check in was busy, I would really understand, but there really were only three of us. Not only that, but when a clerk finally showed up, he collected my car claim ticket as well as the ticket of the person behind me, bringing her car well before mine. Considering there were only three families waiting for cars, this was unacceptable and unprofessional. There were four men "working" the counters.
