As usual, Enterprise does a great job with customer service. It must be a trend. I haven't had a crappy experience at an Enterprise yet.
This location is particularly easy because you don't have to take a shuttle to an offsite rental location. Just report to the desk near baggage claim, sign some forms, and then grab your keys and walk across the street to the parking garage to hop in your car.
As with many locations, this Enterprise offers bottled water. All the sales associates were very pleasant. Best of all, when you return the car, the Enterprise stalls are the first ones you encounter in the garage. I'd definitely try to rent from them again when I'm in Pittsburgh.
