Charter provided the incorrect modem. We wanted wireless. At the point they realized the outlet was not working, he was in a hurry to leave in contrast to his 2.5 hours of waiting my time. Because he/they realized it was the wiring not the modem, they REFUSED to return to fix it (and we did have to swap the modem with the faulty Ethernet plug). True the modem showed power and talked to your computer BUT IT WAS NOT WIRELESS INTERNET! You suck!
