I wasn't happy the cut especially during to the uneven length and choppy layers on one side only. Not sure what happened but I called for them to fix it. When I went in they said it was my imagination, the cut was not uneven and they wouldn't fix it because it cost them money. More specifically Caitlyn cut my hair and the owner denied fixing it because she said it's extra money out of her pocket. The picture I posted should tell you enough.
