Well, it's airport food. But if you happen to find yourself in the E concourse, it's a good place to grab a quick bite. I've ordered their spinach and feta croissant and loved it. It's of course overpriced but that's expected. They have a lot of grab and go options and both times I've been to them, the staff has been really friendly.
They do offer actual meals like sandwiches and flat bread pizzas as well as a large variety of pastries but I've only tried their croissant. The rest of the stuff looks good so I'd consider dropping by again if I find myself on another layover in CLT.
