I just recently heard about this place and have been here once a week since. The first was with friends who recommended it, the second was with coworkers I recommended it to and the third was to pick up take out for my partner who has not eaten here yet.
I am giving them 5 Stars not only for their delicious and incredibly flavorful food or the great atmosphere but specifically for their impeccable customer service.
Tonight, after coming home and checking my take out order, I realized they had forgotten the dressing for the spinach salad (which I highly recommend). The dressing that comes with this salad is one of the best things on the menu and so I called to let them know it had been forgotten. I explained that it was a 40 minute drive round trip and coming back wasn't possible so this restaurant had one of their servers drive to my home to bring it to me! I have never experienced such a service! Thank you Nittaya's for making sure my order was right and going above and beyond.
The drunken noodles, pad Thai, chicken satay, pineapple fried rice, chicken Panang, Thai donuts and mango sticky rice are all on my list of things you should try!
I'll be returning soon!
