Jake was my Technician and I couldn't have asked for a friendlier, more courteous one. He checked the unit over, explained to me what was going on and what needed to be done. Since the unit was frozen over, he had to come back and, lucky for me, squeezed me into his busy schedule the same day. He found the leak, fixed it and got my unit running. I would gladly recommend this Company to my friends. I managed a Plumbing, Heating & A/C Company for over 25 years in Canada and A/C Season was always a challenge. JMAC handled me with great customer service. Thanks to everyone I spoke with. I was also happy with the price I paid. Everything seemed very reasonable. If I ever need service for my A/C or heat pump, I will definitely call JMAC!
