Sue did my pedicure yesterday. She cut/trimmed the sides of my big toe nails as well as making them shorter. Since the sides are adhered to healthy skin, she ripped the nail off of the skin, making me bleed. I said "ouch" and she apologized and just kept working. No antiseptic or anything. Well, today that part of my toe is red, swollen and painful. I went back in to show Sue what is happening so she knows she did real damage. She had the nerve to tell me that my toe nail caused the injury, not her.
I had also received a pedicure from the older gentleman in the past, and he cut me as well. My one time getting an acrylic set was so horrible I went to a different nail salon for my fills.
I would not recommend this establishment for any of their services, and I will not give them any more chances.
