Meh. Stylist (didn't catch her name) was 20 min late for the apt (she came in late not because she was behind). She didn't even acknowledge the fact that she was late when she introduced herself.
Shampooing was meh too. Very superficial not even down to the scalp and no scalp massage at all.
She didn't put any prep products (heat spray, oil, nada). Blow OUT was really just a flat blow DRY. I asked early on (not that she asked what I wanted) for her to do a blow out with large loose curls. Instead she dried flat w/absolutely no volume then took out the flat iron to add the curls.
I could have done better at home by myself and frankly, had to do so. Nobody asked me how my experience was when I checked out either.
On a positive note they have cute stuff in their boutique and I left with quite a few things that were really reasonably priced.
Overall WILL NOT be back.
