Not only are the mechanics knowledgable, prompt and organized but they are also super friendly. I got my bike tune up in a day, after one of the mechanics offered to do it in an hour! The shop stocks some high quality stuff and they can order almost anything you want. Neutral's team of mechanics and staff are very visible and contribute a lot to the cycling community. They even host a weekly potluck. The guys at Neutral Cycles know their stuff. Champaign-Urbana would not be the same without them!
