We were happy with the sales process. You talk only to the salesperson who goes back and forth between you and the finance people to grind you into a higher profit margin for the dealer. So we would certainly consider buying another car here.
The service department seems to be as busy as they want to be, so they might not have time to fully address your needs. When we bought our CPO used LaCrosse, it came with a broken center console. It took a week and a half to get a service appointment to address that and a couple of minor issues. I dropped it off early on a Wednesday afternoon and they told me to come back Friday afternoon to pick it up. That Friday, they ordered the console (even though the service adviser immediately spotted that it was broken at the time I dropped off the car), but never called to tell me that it had come. They said it could take a week and a half. When I called two weeks later, he didn't know if the console had arrived and promised to call me back. He didn't. But I eMailed, then had to call him after hours with no reply. (The service adviser has responded to only one of six eMails sent on different days.) When I called, he told me it was there (not when it came though), and setup an appointment.
I live in Arizona (naturally). Hot air comes out of the vents, even when it is in the 60's outside. Its not very hot air, but much hotter than outside under most operating conditions. As a result my wife and I have to run the A/C even when it's cool outside. She might be wearing a jacket outside then she has to turn on the AC when she's driving. Something's not right. The solution Coulter offered (after a couple days in the service department) is to make sure we have the temperature control turned all the way down. Yes, that is obvious. No, it doesn't solve the problem. The air should blow at close to the outside ambient temperature. It blows about 15 degrees hotter, typically, and often as much as 20 degrees hotter. In AZ that isn't a good thing. I actually went to the trouble of logging the outside and vent air temperatures, time and operating condition data as I drove, parked, and idled the car with a temperature probe in the vent and one outside the car. I eMailed it to the dealer, but never heard anything back.
