Hello everyone. I came to europin because I heard amazing things about how they can transform dresses. I was so excited that I was going to have a good experience. I got my dress tailored right before spring break and picked it up after since I was on vacation. when I went to go pick it up.. the lady was SO RUDE. my friend was with me and she said that the lady was horrible to me as well. there were eye witnesses!!!!!! I was having trouble because the dress has mesh at the top and it is also backless and I am top heavy and need a bra with a lot of support. I came into the fitting with a normal bra.. one that I was NOT gonna wear to actual prom. you could obviously see the bra and I was aware of that. when she saw me she kept saying "the bra looks horrible.. it looks so bad" OK I know!!! I had no other bra with me. she would roll her eyes and sigh and she kept saying "I'm done" when I was panicking. I was appalled. I asked her in she still had the fabric from the bottom since she hemmed it and she yelled at me saying that "it was 2 weeks ago" and if I had picked it up sooner she would be able to find it. she was incredibly sassy and made the whole experience extremely unpleasant. I'm giving them 2 stars instead of 1 because the dress looks ok.. even though I wish she would offer to help cover up the bra with the extra fabric she had from the bottom .. not going back there ever again. thank god it's my senior prom so I don't have to go back to europin to have them alter another dress. sorry this is so long.. I'm livid
