I've been to this place for eyebrow threading many times and it's fast and affordable. I decided to give their facial service a try and it was a huge mistake. The girl at the reception desk kept upselling me on the microdermabrasion and oxygen treatments. I insisted that I have sensitive skin and probably cannot tolerate it. She reassured me that the machines are very gentle on the skin and it won't be a problem. I ended up trusting her and went with the dermabrasion + facial. Just as I had expected, it was way too harsh for my skin. Two minutes into the treatment the lady stopped probably because she saw how sensitive my skin was. They didn't offer a partial reimbursement even though I barely used the machine during my facial. The girl at the front kept insisting the treatment was right for me. My face was erythematous and painful the next 2 days. If you plan to come here for a facial, don't let them upsell you on treatments you don't need. They compromised my face just to make an extra $30 in sales - not very ethical in my opinion.
