While it's fantastic that this institute is open until 9 pm, unfortunately it took 2 hours for a doctor to actually get to us even though we had been here since 7:30. The nurses never updated us or let us know that the doctor was going to be longer than usual and when the doctor came in she talked over us and just said "this is what you have", without taking the time to listen and think about it. To get a better review from me and my family this institute needs more attentive nurses and more doctors to help out.
