Dr. Jhaver gets mixed reviews but like other Yelp, and other services, reviews you need to consider the source. Dr. Jhaver is very detailed and caring but she expects her patients to be involved in their own healthcare and participate. She is not urgent care or the ER and she wants you to speak up and come back. I looked for somebody like her for several years. I had a GP that got to be a good friend but I realized he was not being my doctor. Dr. Jhaver is my doctor and that means to me that she will be there with help and advice when, or if, my life depends on it. Isn't that where it really counts. I agree with some reviewers that her staff might be a little more outgoing and friendly, BUT, I deal with insurance, compliance regulations, and the public. Each of those has gotten much more difficult to deal with. We (my company) are finding that being helpful just gets you in trouble with the trolls who have grown in number and expect to be catered to even if they are rude and uninformed. I find Dr, Jhaver's staff to be professional and cordial if you treat them the same way. Overall this is a quality medical practice where you can rely on the advice and care.
