If you like ghetto, day drinking neighbors and bumping car stereos at 3 am, welcome home! If you want to live amongst residents who don't pick up their dog's waste and let their children run around screaming until well after dark, then look no further. If you dream of calling Tempe PD about gun shots in the middle of the night and have SWAT on your patio for 4 hours, then sign a lease here!
THIS PLACE IS AWFUL!!
I have lived here for 3 years now and each time I have renewed my lease, I have regretted it more than the last time. The only thing that made this place livable was the leasing office staff who does their best to deal with the ongoing resident issues.
