I'm sorry but this place is run by absolute imbeciles. So, I speak to Jose at the front desk at 3:00am on Sunday morning on 6/3/18 to see if they have vacancies. He says yes and wants to charge $90+ to essentially stay there for 8 hours. I inform Jose that Hotels.com is showing a rate of $49 for the same day. Jose proceeds to hang up on me. I then call back asking him to clarify why he would charge $90+ when their rates are showing half of that. This is where absolute stupidity sets in, and Jose maintains that the $49 rate is for checking in on Sunday in the afternoon. So, he would rather have rooms go to waste and be vacant overnight than honor their published rate. Part of me thinks Jose somehow is pocketing the difference...that would be the only explanation. This hotel is absolutely awful. Pay a little more and stay at another nearby hotel that is clean, comfortable, and not managed and run by people that have no business being in the hospitality industry.
