Loved this place for natural healthy dog food. then.........DO NOT take your dog here to be groomed if its breed is anything but a small single coat dog. Elke, when you say short or shorter, hears shaved even when you say NO SHAVE. SHORT. I believe she said if I try to do short it will be choppy. Oh really? Then go back to school. When I go to the salon and I say "shorter please" they tell me if they do this it will look this way so this is the way to go. They do this because THIS IS THEIR PROFESSION. They don't take out the buzzers and make me look like GI JANE!! She shaved my beautiful Golden Retriever, she's under two years old. Any groomer worth their weight in salt knows not to do that especially after they hear they words NO SHAVE. The manager of the store actually said, "I think it's the accent" REALLY?
