Terrible customer service from 3 of the sales workers there. My family and I had a horrible experience. We bought a used car and was given a 3 day money back guarantee sheet that was signed by them and myself. We came back on the 2nd and 3rd day and we were denied BOTH times to return the vehicle. We had ongoing issues with the car that was sighted IMMEDIATELY upon purchase and they kept giving us the run around. In turn, I ended up filing a complaint with the DMV and had a lawyer step in. At the end, 3 WEEKS LATER, we where able to trade in the car for a CPO vehicle and although we lost the $taxes paid, we got out of the mess that was the used vehicle.
