This is the slowest company I have veered ordered from. I wanted to try some of there pants, underwear and boots after seeing their commercials. I sent a few hundred dollars and used their free shipping. It took over two weeks to get the products but some of the stuff was the wrong size. I wanted to exchange for the correct sizes and it has been over three weeks and still nothing. Apparently it ships back to one location just to be shipped back to another location so they can exchange it. I called and e-mailed customer service and all they can tell me is that they can't help because it is out of their hands. I asked to upgrade my shipping and they said its to late it is still out of their hands. I am not sure if I will ever order from this place again even if I like their products which I might never know because its been over a month and still nothing! They should try and learn something from other companies like Zappos.
