Dr. B is a great doctor. We only saw her once in the hospital and we liked her. The rest of her staff, not so much. I called the morning of my newborn's circumcision appointment to cancel it, explaining that I had been in the Emergency Room all night with a mastitis. I offered to bring in my discharge paperwork, along with the doctor's order for me to rest due to the infection. (I had just had a baby 3 days earlier...) The front office staff wouldn't budge; "if you can't make it you'll be charged a fee, that's our policy". It wasn't 24 hrs in advance, so they charged my account $50. I wrote a letter to the office manager, who assured me she would handle it and the next thing I know, my $50 fee was sent to collections. My newborn was never even seen in their office. Unbelievable.
