Usually at the beginning of the summer, we get a scorpion or two in the house but this summer was different.....
My first encounter was coming up the stairs. A blanket I had laying across the banister dropped to the floor only to reveal one of Satan's yellow lobsters. My kids and I were terrified had to call my husband to come kill it as I was too scared, keep in mind he was in school....I did not care. The second encounter was in the laundry room. As I was doing the kids laundry, I notice something yellow with claws out the corner of my eye on a towel in my hand....I didn't panic. I simply just put it in the washer. Third encounter right outside the laundry room. I just happen to look down and bam! There was another one next to my freshly manicured toes.
I told the hubby that I thought we had an infestation and he told me that I was over reacting....We'll last week he was stung and could barely move for 2 days. After a round of "I told you so's", we agreed it was time to do something about these clawed demons living in our house.
I found West Coast Pest Control on Yelp and sent Wesley a message. Within minutes he responded. A week or so later, I set up an appointment. Wesley was originally supposed to come out yesterday but due to the heat, appointments just took a lot longer and they fell behind, totally understandable. Even though my appointment was scheduled at 530-6pm,Welsey offered to still come out and complete the job later on that night. I opted to reschedule but I definitely appreciate him for trying to accommodate us and calling us to give us an update.
I rescheduled my appointment for today and my husband was home. He said the guys were really nice and the service was awesome.
I just want to thank you guys for coming out to help protect our home. I have a peace of mind now and I will definitely be using them again within the next month or so!
