Incompetent or liars. Either is completely unacceptable if your telling customers you perform watch repair. My watch stopped working. I brought it to Walt's. They told me my battery was fine. They didn't know why it wasn't working. They sent it to "watchmaker" ha ha! "Watchmaker said it needs a tune up and will cost $90. I declined. I picked up my watch and took it to Walmart. The lady there helped me open it. We found a battery for my flashlight on the watch and a second battery for the movement. We replaced the battery for the movement and the watch worked. Walt's "watchmaker " is incompetent or a liar! Either is unacceptable if your telling customers your sending their fine jewelry to a watchmaker!!!!!!!!!! To your response..... Blah blah blah!! Again not addressing the issue correctly! The watch needed a $6 battery NOT a $90 "tune-up scam" !!!!!!!!!!!!!!Understand?????
