My husband and I got married here a few years ago. We booked the venue 6 months in advance and picked out flowers with the coordinator. We bought the Romance Package. With the package, it included a DVD of the wedding, and photos, bouquet, etc. The DVD and photos were horrible as one of their cameras were out during the ceremony and so we only got one view. Not one view of my husband's face at all. The photographer took still pictures of us sitting on a piano bench with an American flag behind us. They refused to take pictures of us with any of our family members. The flowers, I had asked them for silk carnations as carnations hold a special place in my heart. When we booked the venue, it was a no problem. When we arrived in Vegas 5 days before our ceremony, we went into the chapel to confirm everything, including flowers. When we arrived, I had white roses in my bouquet!! Not carnations! They overbooked so our wedding was an hour behind schedule! I was very disappointed in what was supposed to be happy memories!
