Is there a 0 option for this establishment? Can you all learn to put a lid on a cup of hot liquid? Manager hasn't trained you on that? Also peppermint mocha tasted like lukewarm bath water and luckily we got the lid on it but one side was partially off and I noticed in time! Going to Starbucks where they actually train a person to put a lid on and they hire an intelligent crew. Trust me when I say, if you deserve a bad review, you will get one. Maybe not today. When the time is right, I will post it.
