To successfully run a business, there needs to be a level of maturity and acceptance... and with this establishment, it seems to be lacking both. And this whole dress code thing reminded me of a story I was told as a kid, a friend of my dads is a salesman at a Lamborghini dealership and he said if two guys walked in, one in a suit and slicked back hair and the other in cargo shorts, flip flops and a baseball cap he wouldn't make the effort to talk to the one in the suit, because that was someone that cleaned up just to take a Lamborghini for a test drive, instead he would go to the one in shorts and flip flops because he just got off of his yacht. Even though you make people dress all nice just so your establishment looks rich and fancy it could be filled with the poorest people... who knows, maybe the guy that you turned away at the door because he didn't meet your "dress code" will be driving to the next club in his brand new Ferrari... don't judge a book by its cover. And GROW UP if you are going to run a business.
