Had my hair coloured here yesterday (single process full head). I have medium length hair to my shoulders at the back, and slightly longer in the front. In general I was satisfied with the colour job, although upon coming home, I realized the colour is not even throughout. For example, the inner layers are darker than the top of my head. Regardless, I was still satisfied with the service until I went to pay. I was surprised that they charged me an additional $15 hair wash fee on top of the $85 colour job. They claimed this fee has already been discounted for me because regular price is $25. I have never heard of a separate hair wash charge for a colour job before - not sure now you can colour someone's hair without washing it afterwards...perhaps they want to have an option for those who want to leave the dye in their hair and go home to wash it? -_- I felt this was a sneaky move on their part and definitely not good business conduct. If you want to charge unconventional fees, you should tell the customer up front. You can keep my $15, but I won't be coming back.
