The complex & Apt. is nice. Im writing this due to an experience yesterday visiting the complex & viewing an apt. I was in email contact with the asst mgr. I saw online what the rent was, went to see it climbed 3 floors to a apt ( that was ridiculious ) but got to see it, nice apt. for what we wanted. Went back to office she said she didnt have one as of yet, but good news was there was a renter who wanted to move up to a two bedroom, she would know that day as she was going to speak with renter.
Then as she continuiously smiled *annoying* fake for sure, that she didnt know what the rent would be then as it was $968 but could be $1100. REALLY I spoke to you thru several emails and Kazam, now I like it, so lets see if we can raise the rent $150. Good afternoon.
I left the complex angry, it was like a bait & switch. Left looked a 3 other complexes, and rented in a brand new complex never lived in apt, so happy I didnt sign up. There was a very professional staff, no games paperwork with exact amts, what you get where your new home will be. Absolutely happy, complex close to Stephanie & I-215., restaurants markets etc.
I wont say I dont recommended Miro, but dont move one inch until you know everything, the 3 stars is only because of the asst mgr.
But do keep looking so many lovely places to see
